Special arrangements with regard to the assembly times
must be agreed with the organisers. We must stress that
we must charge you Euro 364.00 (excl. 20 % VAT) per each
additional set-up day, per hall. The invoice will be issued
via System Standbau GmbH.
Stand assembly must be initiated at the latest by: Wednesday, 11 February 2009 at 12 o'clock (noon)
Should occupation of the rented stand area not be taken up
by this time, and no communication to the contrary received,
the organiser reserves the right, without further notification,
to otherwise dispose of the site, in which case the
whole rent for the stand will be charged in the invoice.
All
works on the stand must be completed by 6 pm of the last
set-up day at the latest. Should this time be exceeded, the
organiser has the right to make a charge for the extra costs
involved.

DISMANTLING TIMES |

Should this time be exceeded, the organiser has the rightto clear the stand site and store any items at the cost andrisk of the exhibitor. After dismantling, the stand site must be left in its original state; any damage that has occurredthrough improper use obliges the exhibitor to compensatethe organisers for the said damage.
With respect to the trade fair activities and the other exhibitors as well as on behalf of the visitors an early dismantling
is excluded. |
